Asset Management

We have setup the asset management teams of a servicing group and managed the handover and setup of a real estate owned company (REOCO). Furthermore, on behalf of the same servicer we managed several NPL collateral and REO portfolios in Greece and Cyprus (2020-2023).

We have successfully onboarded, managed and disposed 12 big ticket collaterals located in Attiki for a foreign investor achieving double digit returns (2021-2022).

We advised on the asset management strategy and successfully executed the plan for c.700 REOs of a foreign bank in Greece (2014-2016).

We managed and repositioned the commercial and touristic assets (value c. €50M euros) of an ultra high net worth family in Greece (2010-2014).
Underwriting/Business Plans Advisory

Underwriting for three NPL collateral portfolios total nominal value c. €5bln euros in Greece for various institutional investors applying a combination of automated value methodology (AVM) and single asset valuations (2023).

Underwriting of a c.€10bln NPL collateral portfolio in Greece (divided in four sub portfolios) including 35 business plans for the top collaterals on behalf of an institutional investor (2021).

Underwriting and advisory regarding the collaterals of a Cypriot bank (onsite engagement) including the business plans of the top 50 biggest real estate collaterals.

Underwriting of the first to market NPL collateral portfolios in Greece and Cyprus on behalf of investors, Banks and financial institutions, a c. total €10bln in nominal value during 2014-2016.

We advised a Servicer and Bank in Cyprus regarding the Operational Framework of its REO department (onsite engagement 2019-2020).

We advised a Cypriot Bank regarding the setup and re-organization of its REO department (2020).

We advised a Cypriot bank regarding its debt to asset program for c.250 of its collaterals (2016-2017).
