Acquisition advisory (buy side)

We will assist you in making the right decisions with confidence by devising a detailed business plan to identify the risk and return profile of the potential transaction, incorporating the findings of the due diligence. We make sure to question all assumptions in our plans and discuss discretely with the appropriate market participants to fine tune our view for each and every different project.

We have expertise in real estate owned companies (REOCOs) and private real estate portfolios and have been successful in performing the full real estate cycle from onboarding, maturing, repositioning and managing until disposal. We work with state of the art asset management software platforms providing a clear and up to date information to the owner on a daily basis with customized reports as needed.

We will assist you to extract the maximum value by targeting the audience that will value your assets the most as well as by structuring the sale through a suitable process. For big number portfolios we will advise you on the appropriate portfolio segmentation and strategy.

We have an extensive investors and broker network that we can selectively address for off market deals and/or special situations. When appropriate we can structure a suitable tender process and market the asset or portfolio of assets reaching the market though our personal network, broker network and appropriate marketing channels.

We will manage the vendor due diligence employing our 3rd party network of lawyers, engineers and valuers making sure to fairly represent your assets to the best of your interests. We will prepare the appropriate documentation (teasers, investment memoranda, process letters, virtual data room) and apply a rigorous and professional process serving best the interests of the seller and ultimately maximizing the value the market can give for the target assets.
